Set Container Notifications

Chooses when you get emailed about a container's activity. Send one of these four values
in the request body:

0 — off (don't email me about this container)

256 — email me when a file is uploaded

512 — email me when a file is downloaded

768 — email me for both uploads and downloads

The value you send replaces your current setting for this container. Sending 0 turns the
emails off but keeps your record, so your history isn't lost.
