Copies files from the file sharing cabinets into a request ("Send to Engagement"). Each file
becomes a new document (or version) on the request. The copy is per-file, not transactional:
the call returns 200 with an individual outcome per file — inspect results for failures.
Virus-flagged files fail individually. Files you cannot see report "File not found."
